Facebook Likes - 1000 Real Likes - UK TARGETS ONLY

I need 1000 real Facebook Likes - must be only be from UK accounts! Time Line: Project to be completed gradually over 30 days. Project requirements: If anyone is able to guarantee that they can target these fans to London or the South of the UK, with a 18 to 45 age group of females, they will have a much stronger chance of getting the job. My conditions are: * All fans and followers must be real people with active account Facebook accounts (no fake accounts or accounts at risk of being suspended.) * NO bots, NO Blackhat techniques, NO Farmville or any other game * Must be achieved by NO means of Illegal activity * Fans and Followers must be active * No fans that will risk my page being deleted * You must use good practices when gathering fans. (Facebook account must not be banned/deleted from your actions. It should always be kept active. If Facebook account is not complete/no longer active there will be no payment for this project. * You will not be given access as an administrator to our Facebook Page Please provide what techniques you will use to generate fans, also sample pages for work which was done.
