SEO for 3 Keywords in Google UK - Pay on Results

We would like to target 3 keywords for 2 of our websites which are of medium complexity. We used to rank #1 - 3 on average in [login to view URL] some months back but they have dropped off to page 2 - 4 due to lack of SEO campaign due to us being busy with other projects. Please note that payment will be released once keyword 1 and 2 are in #1 - #5 and keyword 3 is in position 1 - 10. Keyword 3 is more competitive and thus we will allow any page 1 position. If Keyword 1 and 2 are in top 5 positions before keyword 3 we will agree to release 50% of the milestone. We are looking to work with someone who can show us steady progress and reports of work that has been carried out on a weekly basis and someone who has good communication. We will be looking to work with an SEO export for all of our sites in the future and this project will be a trial for us to find this perfect candidate so you can expect ongoing business throughout the year.
