Good Marketing for an affiliate marketing portal

This is a new affiliate marketing website that we are coming up with. This is just in the inception phase and I need someone to do the initial marketing for it to build the hype, bring traffic and bring effective advertiser and affiliate marketer leads. I am fully focussed on the following techniques for promotion/marketing: 1. Guest blog Posting with sponsored contests (You can decide the prize or let me know and I will let you know about the same) 2. Social Bookmarking AND BUILDING POLLS communities in facebook and orkut. 3. Decide a viral marketing tactic for the site. 4. Article marketing in the top article directories. I am not having a huge budget in the beginning. So anywhere between $100-$150 is what I assume. The payment will be performance/result based and more you bring me results/leads the more money I will pay you every month. In the beginning one month of promotion I expect at least 10-15 advertisers and 300-400 publisher accounts in the site. I want only serious bidders who can notify me a campaign and the estimated amount of leads they can bring for me in a month.
