The project is about getting in touch with a list of around 500 persons through a linkedin account and sending out personalised emails for a professional survey. The database of contacts will be provided and the email format as well. The mail will need to feature specific links and name as per clients information. Part of the job can be organised as mail merge. Once email have been sent, you will have to keep track of the when was the person contacted and if ever he opted out. 2 - 3 reminders will have to be sent to these guys at a 2-3 wks interval. The project shall be completed by end of November.
