postings on heavily moderated websites

I want you to create postings in relevant categories and I will provide you the list of websites these are very heavily moderated forum posts and they usually require you to be an active member (have some history) before you start list anything otherwise you are likely to be banned. Lot of people tried it before but lot of them quit because they were banned. You need to know how to post right in the websites where it is heavily moderated. let me know how much per posting. Thanks
