IBM Cloud VPC API Doc Automated Test and Validation

Develop an automated, repeatable test that uses curl examples from the VPC API Spec, runs them against the VPC production API endpoints, verifies the commands work and that the output matches (or is compatible with) the examples and specification. Expected Deliverables/Workflow: 1. Develop an automated, reusable test using Python a. Manually copy a subset of examples from the spec b. Using the curl examples from the spec, develop an automated test that runs the examples against the production API endpoints c. Verify output is both compatible with the examples and that it's compatible with the specification (parameters). If not compatible, submit correction in designated Github repo (using template). 2. Track progress via Word doc as you complete each method. 3. Validate test and output with IBM Project lead per milestones. 4. Submit validated test, and correctly formatted results via designated public Github repo. Before this project starts, freelancer must connect w/ IBM lead for details and the list of methods (~25 methods for this pilot project). Expectation is that the deliverables from this project will be reused in a future project to continue testing the complete set of VPC API methods. Important note: curl commands often only work if certain other things have been done first. For example: to run the curl `GET` operation, the resource must be created first with `POST`. That resource may in turn require another resource to first be created (using another `POST`). Once the sequence is determined, it should work indefinitely.
