very simple quick HTML made into a concrete 5 theme

Hello I have a html template i want made for the cms concrete 5. there are 2 templates the home page and the sunsequent pages, the subsequent pages are prety much the same as the home page, but dont have the big blue banner. ive attached the psd files, but i do also have the html`s what im wanting then: -is make a theme using the above html files, i will add a plugin for collecting an email database so i want you to make the login on the template go through to that database. -make me some blank pages corresponding to the menu items. -a second concrete 5 site with the same thembe but a "red" banner also using the same plugin -and after the themes are loaded i wanted a training session on skype to show me the basics of concrete 5 and some tips to run the site. please only bid if you know your way around concret 5 cms. This should be quite a simple job as the html is already done and the 2nd site uses the same html. and im uploading the content. im buying the plugins and will have concret5 installed, this must also work on all the browsers look forward to hearing from you Cheers Andy
