Code email blast global shop preshow blast

I am uploading a design that we need coded for an email blast. It needs to be compliant with major mail clients. HTML 5, table layouts, inline styles, specify table width, cellpadding and cellspacing for all tables and cells, embed alt image tags and declare height and width tags, use tag space attributes , no background images, where possible, text is text, not images. We've sliced the images and I'll upload that and the project specs once the job is awarded. I'd love to award this bid today and have it ready for Monday morning if someone doesn't mind working over the weekend.
