YouTube video for real estate - 4 minute recurring production

I am looking to produce a weekly YouTube video that focuses on a single property or a neighborhood. I'll provide the raw video and still shots. I need help producing, mixing and piecing together the production. Software such as Adobe Elements should do the trick in addition to what it takes to create the introduction and trailer. 1. Introduction: 20 second intro (will need to create custom graphics with a music soundtrack). This portion of the production will be thematic and used every week. 2. Next will be a 20 second video clip shot at the property. Authentic on-location footage - nothing well-rehearsed. 3. Still shot (possibly two). Phased out into next photograph. 4. Another 20 second video clip of the property. 5. "For more information" slide - 5 seconds that fades out. 6. 90 - 120 second "real estate tip of the week" video clip with audio shot in my office (not on location). 7. Trailer - similar theme to the into. Will have a music track, my contact information, and perhaps a more mellow (i.e. less attention getting) background theme. I'd like to do a narrative (talking track) behind 2-5, possibly with some mellow music in the background. You'll have to let me know how we coordinate the recording of this track as it will differ in length each week. Segment 6 will contain both video and audio filmed in my office. No background music. That's it. The finished production should run about 4 minutes. I'd like to do one video per week to post on YouTube and link to my social media accounts. If you know how to maximize SEO that's a bonus.
