I need someone with the experience and happy clients alike to DESIGN the interior/exterior (ADD STORY LINE) for my upcoming Children's Book Series: It's Snowing Ice Cream which will be released by Summer of this year! I already have an offer but I wanted to shop around to be sure I find the best out there!! The book has 18 full colored illustrations that are double page and the front and back cover illustrations which are complete ALREADY (Please read). The best time delivery, pricing, and rating will get this job!! Must be willing to sign NDA if selected! Good luck!!! You will NOT be creating any illustrations this is simple book/page layout.
