Skateboard graphic futuristic street grafitti spray tag

I need this graphic transfered over to a skateboard. I was wondering if one of you guys know the best method because I would like the best quality to show up on this certain deck. Should I get it as a vinyl or is the technique in the video the preferred method. [login to view URL] The file I sent is roughly something I want the graphic to look like. Something hand drawn that has people wondering what it really saids. I want to create a skateboard brand called amateur skateboards. So anyways I want that file with this color effect [login to view URL] The theme is like the ghetto side of the future. Graffiti spray tag that looks ambiguous and starts up a conversation about what the word is at the skatepark. Inspiration is from think "spray tag" decks [login to view URL] I'm not sure if you've ever watched altered carbon or some dystopian in the future movie. But it's basically a graffiti tag you'd find on a wall in those movies with a modernized effect that catches the eye. A glitch effect would probably look nice aswell if that's possible. The second attached image has the color scheme I want that has some what of a rgb acid effect with a tiny bit of a glitch effect that should spark some ideas. But the first image is very similar if not identical to what I want the word amateur to look like. Thank you sorry for this being all over the place.
