Long-term Graphic Designer Needed

Hi I am seeking to find a graphic designer that can provide the type and quality of work I need on a consistent, fast, and cost-effective basis. We want to establish a long-term relationship and choose a company that can provide us graphic design work on a regular basis. This will be a long-term relationship. The graphic designs will be in the area of promotions, offers, giveaways, and other advertising related to automobile dealerships. In particular, the graphic designs will be for a Dealership Contest/Sweepstakes. Once the initial design is created then it will be fitted to different formats like ODA, SMA, Web Banner, Facebook fan gate, FAcebook entry form, etc.. We will be doing alot of these different designs so the price has to be very attractive in order for us to move forward. I have included examples that will show you the style that I am looking for. We are looking for creativity! the pictures of the vehicles will be provided to you but the creativity and design of the backgrounds and how it all comes together is with the graphic designer (you). To make sure we are on the same page as far as pricing please submit your best quote for designing one of the attached. I am only interested in your lowest fixed price.
