Illustration of Architectural and Engineering Diagrams

I need an architect or engineer expert at auto cad architecture design and/or engineering software to design 30 diagrams. The diagrams are very simple with very minimum detail. The diagrams will be copied from existing patterns and the Freelancer will add more detail, minor changes and visual improvement. I will explain improvements and changes needed to each diagram. There will be minor changes to existing patterns that I will supply as PDF's. The files should be delivered in an open format to include in a word file that I can cut and paste to create a book. I will award the project based on a review of the improvement made to the first diagram uploaded as an example of the other diagrams. This will seve as a sample of the quality of work the Freelancer is capable.
