Graphic designer for label/logo design

Hi, I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to make some design changes to a product label. Please note this is not a copy/paste job. You will also need to produce original artwork elements as per my requested changes. I want 2 SEPARATE but similar designs done, with scope for up to 10 design/element changes. Please account for this scope and future element changes in your bid price. As part of the price I will also need to own all copyrights and the original files you create. Please see the attached images. Please note that I do not have the original photoshop file for the label. You will need to create a new base file (photoshop etc), but referencing the current images I am providing. Please reference the image "label 1" as the base reference. Please reference "label 2" as the working design I am aiming for. Changes I need made to "label 1", 1. Delete the words "ACTIVE TA 10+" and "Original Western Australian Honey Co" from the label and move all elements ("JARRAH HONEY", "Premium Quality WA", etc) up to take the space. 2. Replace the word "Jarrah" with the word "1927" on the first design and the word "1927 RESERVE" on the second design. The words "1927" and "1927 RESERVE" should be a updated to a gold colour. 2. Add in a line below the word "1927 RESERVE" with the words "Organic Jarrah". The font sizing should be appropriately smaller. Font colour should be white. 3. Add the words "Active TA 30+" in a hexagon shape on the bottom of the label (see the bottom right hand image of reference "Label 2" 4. Add a honeycomb style map of Australia on the bottom right of the label (reference the image on file "apia 1" and "apia 2" for what I am looking for. The honeycomb style image should be a base white, with the Western Australian part of the map to be coloured in gold. Add the words "Western Australian Honey Co Est. 1927" below the image. 5. Add a stylised version of a jarrah blossom to the bottom left side of the label. The flower colour should be white, and there should be a leaf in the design. Please see the images "jarrah 1" to "jarrah 4" for some design reference. "Jarrah 4" is a design I am hoping to get. The colour scheme should match the rest of the label. 6. Add another row of red and white checks (similar to the bottom of image "label 1" to replace the gold strip above the word "Active TA 10+" above the new words "1927 Reserve". Other changes as required. As I expect this to be an iterative process strong English is preferred. I am available during the task period to clarify anything to assist the designer.
