Re-Design an Existing Graphic

I am looking for a talented graphic designer to completely overhaul an existing graphic for my website. The purpose of the redesigned graphic is to serve as a website graphic. I am hoping to have the project completed within a week. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Strong graphic design skills - Experience in website graphics - Very Creative and able to take initiative in suggesting design options - Using Photoshop or Adobe or other tools to create vibrant, detailed images The two graphics are attached. The one that is existing is the image with '5 LAYER INSULATION'. It looks cheap and basic with No compelling look or design to it. This is my design currently. The one I like from my competitor is called 'The Ice Pod'. You can see the difference. Clearer graphic. It shows the pod, and how the layers separate with the egg shell type layer. My product is the exact same except I have 5 layers of insulation On the competitor Image: I like the vertical imagery so would like it separated like this and I like the book page-like image to the left of it too, I also like it has a 3D look to it and how there are shadows. I would like to have the 'Pearl Insulation with Sub-Zero cooling technology' look similar and I like how the External Layer on the competitor image shows a little shine to the image. If you need an image of the Ice Tub, it is attached also. Image file needs to be high resolution and in a format that is next-gen format, like web.p or something...probably transparent also and be able to fit the width of a screen on a website but be very detailed still.
