Build a Website with wordpress and buddypress

We need a website look like [login to view URL] made with wordpress and buddypress. Users will be able to create accounts, profiles and upload Images, Audio and Share Video files from youtube,vimeo or dailymotion. Users will be able to like the posts such as images, audio files and videos. Users will be able to follow each other, and on their "Activity" page they will be able to see the posts shared only by the people they follow. In the "Popular" page they will be able to see the highest rated (most liked posts) from around the website, whether they follow the users or not. "Trending" page: In this page users will be able to view Hashtags trending all around the website. Users will be able comment on the posts. When posts are clicked on they should open in a pop up similar to facebooks image feature with the content on the left and likes,comments on the right. Project budget is max $100 as We will provide the hosting,domain name, theme and all the necessary plugins to make the site. You just place them together and make the site functional.
