Build a Website CSGO Roulette Site

We need a CSGO roulette site that is like [login to view URL] but its own unique design. The basic concept is users login to the website via steam and deposit CSGO items to get on site balance in the form of points. They bet these points on the outcome of the roll, either green red or black. Black = 2x multiplier Red = 2x multiplier Green = 14x multipler The users also need to be able to withdraw CSGO items for the site that are in a steam bot account (these items will cost them their onsite balance). We will also need the steam bot script made aswell that auto accepts trade if they meet the critera and then adds the correct amount of points to the users account, the bot also needs to be able to handle withdraws from the site, removing the amount of balance and sending the trade to the user, there will need to be a steam authentication process in place so trades can be sent instantly from withdraws (ill provide more information about this later, but in most cases it just means we need to include 1 extra file that is already made to the root)
