Build a Website

The website will be a UK based room renting site containing the following high level functionality: - homepage - contact us page - user registration - create a user profile - login/user authentication - allow a logged in user to view/edit/post/delete adverts - post an advert containing text, a check list of facilities, date available, monthly rent, landlord contact info and a small number of pictures - allow an anonymous user to search for a house share based on town and/or postcode - it would be developed first and foremost for mobile/tablet, web very much a secondary channel - allow a logged in or anonymous user to send a message in response to an advert. The website should also email the sender a copy of their email to their own email address (email would contain a link to the advert in question). - website administrator should be able to access audit history of messages sent from the site (date/time, message content, recipient details). - website administrator should have the ability to create meta data against each page (to support SEO) and have a site map.
