Build/design an elearning module onto existing Wordpress website

Hello, thanks for looking at this project. We have an existing website here: [login to view URL] We have 3 videos and 10 questions for each video. Only the first video/questions are going to be available as part of this project, so we would need a way to add new videos/questions at a later date. - we need to go live on the 15th June (please do not bid if you cannot meet this deadline) - We want new users (approx 600) to be able to register their accounts in order to access the video/test - We want the admin to be able to see who has watched the video and taken the test, ideally via an export csv - We want people who have passed the test to receive a certificate - there are 10 multiple choice questions, the passrate is 8/10 - This needs to be shown on the website above, but a different system. We do not want the admin/users having access to the current Wordpress. We were thinking something like [login to view URL] but happy to be guided by the developer - I don't have any designs for this. So ideally a designer/developer would be good. I suggest we use the existing header/footer from the website and use the existing styles. In terms of customer journey - Login page - will have an option to register if they do not have login details. We need first name/second name/email address. Ideally an email for them to click to confirm their account. Landing page - option to see 'Available Tests' Click on 'Available Tests' to see either 'GDPR Video and Test 1', 'GDPR Video and Test 2', 'GDPR Video and Test 3', option to 'View video and test' For Video 2 and 3, these will not be available for a few weeks, after we launch. I might be able to draw out a user journey if it helps? Ideally I'd like to work with someone who has done this before and can help me with some good advise about the best way to do this.
