I would like a revolution slider designed for my website [login to view URL] My website is Wordpress running the Avada Theme by ThemeFusion. I have a stock image that I purchased and will give it to you to use as the background. I would love it if you can embed a form into the slide that will link to my MailChimp account and collect emails. I want it to be similar in size to the Avada demo site: [login to view URL] I may require you to do additional work if I'm happy with this job as I am not a programmer and I created the site myself, there are things that I know could be improved!!
