Spinning wheel app

Hi Everyone, I need to design a spinning wheel app that will allow users to spin the wheel by sliding their hand/finger over an tablet. The design needs to be very exciting. I have included a very rough mock up of the sort of thing we're looking for. Ideally we would be looking for a designer who can be creative and really make the elements jump out of the page.
