Design an App Mockup

I need a moc up app or some how to display the application to potential investors. The full project which I need the moc up or visual marketing display for is attached below here: Project Description: I would like to get bids on a mobile/web app which is built to provide video communication for 2 individuals over there phones instantly when the app is initiated. This app will be used to provide a real time/on the spot solution of video communication for app users to be connected with professional consultants. Both the consultants and the app user will pay to be part of this connection. The app user downloads the app for a fee then pays per usage. The professional consultant pays a monthly fee to be the one who is contacted when the app is initiated. When the app is initiated we would like the video call to be broadcast to multiple consultants, and the first to answer the call gets the client. We would like a simple to use app that has only one function, which is to connect the app user to the consultant via video by broadcasting multiple members to get immediate consultant assistance on the line. Once the job is awarded and excepted I will give you further details on what industry to design this app towards and answer any questions you have. I hope to sell this service via a phone application and or browser html5 web app. I would like the first version to be done quick so I can get some supporters behind it asap.
