Hi I understood what is your need. I am a 3D generalist, I have a good experience in modelling (organic and non organic), animation, rigging, effects, and post. Till today I didn't know about hologram animation, but last three hours I am trying to understand about hologram techniques. I saw some videos and read some articles and techniques. We don't need animated bg for that. Animation should look better if its move on same place camera movement is not required. For stage show and for small holographic stage depending on different techniques. You need some rotating object animation, and effects like twinkling particles, smoke. I have a knowledge of animation software to create animation, but need some knowledge about techniques from your side also. Give me some reference to see which type of animation you are looking for. I am very interested in this project. I believe that We will definitely meet with your requirements I might need to see the detailed design to give a more Accurate estimate.
