Wordpress Move/Fix/Optimize

Need a reliable developer who pays attention to details and can deliver the work listed below within budget and timeframe. There are two websites, both are almost identical but one is english while the other one is in pastho language(afghanistan).The below work should be done for both sites, located at the same host Work that is needed: 1: We have a video player at the top of the page, we want to make that alot larger, resize, check video at the bottom of the page (coming soon) 2: To the left we have a audio player plugin, we would like to move that to the sidebar 3: Move the social icons from the sidebar down to the footer, and make the footer and add copyright text, the regular xxxxx copyright 2014 4: We have a custom area were contributors articles are show, but their profile picture is not showing, we would like to have the option to add profile picture to these wordpress accounts. 5: Move the subscribe newsletter plugin in the sidebar right above the poll plugin that is also in the sidebar. 6: In the pastho version the newsletter text has a typo, and needs to be corrected, correct text will be provided. 7: The old pastho version of our site [login to view URL] -> Copy its articles to the new wordpress site [login to view URL] The old english verison of our site [login to view URL] -> Copy its articles to the new wordpress site [login to view URL] 8: Copy the old english and pastho site to the new host, in working order...but it will not have any domain pointing to it. 9: Inside [login to view URL] move english flag to a different location (check video at the end of article---will add it shortly) and make it point to the old english site that you should allready have moved over to the same host that is hosting the new sites. 10: Inside [login to view URL] move pastho flag to a different location (check video at the end of article) and make it point to the old pastho site that you should allready have moved over to the same host that is hosting the new sites. 11: Install Wordfence on both sites 12: Both websites are slow, currently using wp super cach If you run the site true [login to view URL] the Yslow tells the entire story We would like to get a significant improvement in our load speed of the website without breaking any css other weird stuff happening. 13: Website looks good in IE 11, but there is a small glitch in firefox, chrome and other major browser.
