SmartyPHP/Jquery/Ajax expert - Minor Bugs in Huge site. -- 2

Project : Resolve bugs in minor segment of the site, bug cause is unknown, likely Jquery, Ajax, SmartyPHP, issue occurred on a transfer to new server, and change to HTTPS from HTTP. This project is only for an ideal expert, not a new person to the scripting codes due to the areas of this site being so vast, and we can not take any chances with a unexperienced person or company.
