The websites main target group is people who have an interest in civilian aircrafts through a discussion forum, photos, frequent flyers interested in maximising their airmiles, airline meals and value for money on individual airlines.
Ads to be used on the website on every page including the front page is the following three types: the 300x250 Medium Rectangle, the 728x90 Leaderboard, and the 160x600 Wide Skyscraper. The placement of the ads can be discussed but they must not interfere badly with the design and ease of use of the website.
Photo galleries: There must be three main photo galleries on the website containing the following features:
Airline Meal Gallery:
Members must be logged in to upload photos and information but even non-members must be able to browse and see all information and photos. All photos uploaded must be watermarked with Airlinejournalist.com.
The photo's in the Airline meal galley should be searchable by the following:
1. Airline name
2. Class flown (Economy, Economy Premium, Business and First
3. Date flown highest and lowest rating
4. New to old (date photo was added).
Members who upload photos in the gallery for airline meals should provide the following information:
1. Airline name
2. Route flown
3. Date of travel
4. Flight duration
5. Aircraft type
6. Ticket price
7. Drinks onboard
8. Class of travel – tickbox with options Economy, Economy Premium, Business Class and First Class
9. Overall rating of 1 to 6 stars.
Aircraft Gallery (exterior):
Members must be logged in to upload photos and information but even non-members must be able to browse and see all information and photos. All photos uploaded must be watermarked with Airlinejournalist.com.
The photos in the Airline Gallery (exterior) should be searchable by the following:
1. Aircraft type
2. Name of the Airline
3. Country
4. Most recently added photo's
5. Best rated
6. By keywords.
Members who upload photos in the Airline gallery (exterior) should provide the following information:
1. Aircraft type
2. Name of the Airline
3. Country
4. Write a short description of the photo.

Members must be logged in to upload photos and information but even non-members must be able to browse and see all information and photos. All photos uploaded must be watermarked with Airlinejournalist.com.
The photos in the Airline Gallery (interior) should be searchable by the following:
1. Airline name
2. Class (tick box economy, economy premium, Business and First )
3. Specific dates
4. Most recently added photo's
5. Rating 1 to 6 stars
Members who upload photos in the Airline gallery (interior) should provide the following information:
1. Airline name
2. Class (tick box Economy, Economy Premium, Business and First)
3. Date of travel
4. Rating 1 to 6 stars
5. Short description
Any logged-in member of the website should be able to leave a comment on any photo in any of the galleries.
Forum:
On the website there should be a debate forum. Each member should be allowed to comment on each threats but only moderators should be able to make new ones. The exact functions of the forum is open for discussion.
