Looking for a designer-developer to create a dynamic, video-driven (non-static) educational website with crisp coding and solid security. The site will have voice-video chat as an essential feature. The site will allow small group chat sessions of 12 or fewer participants but with a very large number of these groups. Developer must be comfortable with responsive web design (ease of use across all devices), video background websites like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], as well as voice-chat functionality. Payment gateway also needed. Site must be clean and simple with very little text. Site must be visually stunning, but super-easy to use and maintain. Developer must have experience designing and developing chat sites before and must be familiar with the most reliable voice chat software that is suitable for the project. I have very definite design layout in mind, so much of the work will focus on integrating the concepts and implementing the development.
