Redesigning Menu

Hi, I have a menu that I need an updated design to. Enclosed is the current menu that we have since 2006 and would like the new menu design to be: 1. More energetic 2. Modern 3. Hip 4. Fresh 5. Clean 6. Requirement: 1. Must be able to be completed on time, if not you will not get pay on time either and will not get 10 stars rating. 2.
