Design & Create customizable HTML Newsletter

I am looking to promote my online shopping website by way of newsletters to registered customers. Therefore seeking an expert who is very creative to design and then create HTML newsletter for me. Once the template is designed and created we will be looking to change the content accordingly and will include product photo's/graphics and even change content from time to time. So you need to do in a customizable way. We would like the design to be like our website www.yadotsa.com. A design that is consistent with the brands image as seen from our website. Please send me your portfolios and sample of similar work done. We are looking for a simple design therefore are not looking for anything expensive.
