I need a android game made

i need a attractive looking game made that is like [login to view URL] but with a better android user interface. My idea is to create a game to teach people about different countries around the world. I would like it to run using google maps satellite view or if possible a map which can be viewed offline. During the development of the application you must be able to give me a beta version to put up on the android market and then give me the full version. If you need more information please pm me.
