Image Editor - Android

I'd like to find someone to develop Android Image Editor with following features: - Adding photo from studio, draw one from scratch, or from Camera. - Easy drawing tools. - Adding text (many lines) on photos. - Formatting text (size, color, reflection, shadow, position, fonts). - Many built in fonts, and easy way to add fonts. - Many built in background, and easy way to add background. - Many built in stickers, and easy way to add stickers. - Easy way to edit stickers (size, positions...) - Many built in effects, and easy way to add effects. - Many built in frames, and easy way to add frames. - Crop, rotate, and straighten photo. - Adjust brightness, contrast, color temperature, and saturation. - Sharpen and blur. - Focus (Tilt Shift) - Part for collage where I can add template easily. - Save (to app folder) and share capability. - Multi language. for RTL language (ex Arabic), layout should be changed to RTL. - The app should has beautiful and amazing interface for all screen and devices. - Manage performance and Ram issues correctly for all sizes of images and resolution. App must not be crashed. - integrate Admob Ad (Banner and interstitial). - Eclipse Java project. Thanks
