Letter turned into editable realistic PSD

I have a photograph of a letter. I want this letter image turned into a PSD on the text areas of all of the image. So that therefore all the text is editable and looks genuine. I also blacked out certain areas of the letter. I want these areas of the letter made the same colour as the rest of the letter and text put there which matches the rest of the letter format. I need this done by a photoshop expert and within 1 hour. I will pay on completion of the work and when I can check all the layers. No watermarks no excuses.
