Graphic Logo Design - repost 2

I need a Graphic Logo Design Created. Project will be awarded on December 19, 2012 by 5pm if enough bids participate. It has to incorporate the following elements. 1) The name is Bolsa BaLe (The small 'e' has a dot below it see example 3-e-dot-below, the B's are capitalized and the 'L' in BaLe is capital as well") 2) Incorporates an animated picture of a an Eiffel tower in the logo design (examples enclosed; Eiffel design should be original and not copied) 3) Should be using light green and / or light red colors 4) The font used should be 'script' font 5) Should incorporate a piece(s) of Cilantro as an animated piece into the Logo Design (Example [login to view URL]) 6) Photoshop file should be 600 Pixels (width) by 400 Pixels (height) with a resolution of 72 pixels/inch Timeline: 1) After award expectation is that logo design is complete and delivered by December 20, 2012 at 5pm EST. It cannot incorporate the following elements: 1) Please use the attached 1-Bale [login to view URL] as an example and do not copy the Eiffel tower animation picture, use this is a guide for how the Eiffel picture should look Designer deliverable include the following: 1) Two different unique draft designs in photoshop with .psd files including layers attached 2) Above Two draft designs in photoshop with .jpg files
