m2e pro ebay listing template and ebay store design - open to bidding - repost

I require a designer/programmer who is skilled in M2e Pro, eBay Store & Listing Design and Magento. I would like you to re-design my ebay store and create ebay listing templates for use within Magento m2e pro. I am using Magento V1.6.1.0 and m2e Pro V6.0.8. I have been evaluating m2e pro and now I would like to set it up properly. I have an existing Magento website and an existing eBay Australia store. I would like you to re-design the ebay store and create ebay listing templates for use within Magento m2e pro. My eBay store is [login to view URL] I have seen another companies store that is using m2e pro and I like their design so I would like my new design to be similar to this: eBay store design: [login to view URL] eBay listing design: [login to view URL] I am not sure but I imaging I would need more than one listing template as I have different products that have different shipping rules, some using australia post with fixed price postage and others that require the buyer to contact me for a freight quote, etc. So in summary I need my ebay store re-designed and new product listing templates designed similar to the samples given above that will work within Magento V1.6.0 and M2e Pro V6.0.8 Also this is an urgent project and needs to be completed as soon as possible.
