Create responsive template for eBay listing

I've check the ebay site in my "SONY" smart phone and noticed that ebay itself is a responsive so if we make our own template responsive then we can see the whole page correctly in our mobile devices. I've check your links which you've provided in message they used bootstrap css to make the page responsive. I hope I can help to complete this task. Thanks.
