178272 need a good CSS programmer

OK here is the deal. I own [login to view URL] and I need a new look for it. I will do all the back-end programming like PHP and the database but I will need someone to help me with the front look. This person needs to be very good at CSS and had done work before so that I can check it out. If this works out, then it will be a long lasting business relationship. I was working for a developer for more than 2 years now, he would create a one page template for me and I would add the back-end to it, but he is not available anymore. He was a good guy and a good programmer but he is busy doing other stuff. Anyway, if interested, please send me some work that you've done and we'll take it from there. For this website, I am looking for a few pages (not just a template) and I need: 1- the front page to look sharp and not crowded much like google, very simple. If you can give me a quick example even in graphics, that would help me a lot in making my decision 2- a jobseeker can search for a job by location,state 3- he/she will need to login and create a resume to be able to apply for a job, but he/she will not need to be a member to just search and consult the job listing 4- jobs will be listed pretty much like in Kraigslist, a nice listing tough 5- recruiters can create an account and post jobs please let me know if you are interested. thanks
