Creating effective landing pages

Do you understand PPC copywriting? Are you able to write persuasive landing page ? have you collaborated at creation of a landing page ? If yes, this is right project for you. I need you create and write landing pages that will convert Big Time!! You must be able to demonstrate the ability to convert at a high rate ( 5 percent or higher). I am looking for someone who knows how to create the right layout and to write landing pages that converts. You must be able to provide examples of your work. Appreciated request that you are able to create a good layout for the landing page. However if you are not a good designer, it is important that you are able to provide clear instructions at my designer that will create the landing page. P.S. In some case the landing page should replace the homepage or some pages of a website. I have many projects, in this first project I need 2 landing pages. If you will do well this project, I will have other projects for you.
