Lay-Away Vinyl 8'x2.5' Banner Design for Jewelry Store

I am looking for someone to design a banner that would promote Layaway Sales at my jewelry store. Here is what I want the banner to say: LAY (insert a picture of some nice diamond ring or earrings, or necklace) AWAY now until Chritmas UP TO 70% off (anywhere on the banner) I encourage colors that would really attract the customers attention without it looking cheesy or unprofessional. Remember that this is for a fine jewelry store so please make sure that the design is elegant looking. This will be on a banner that is 8' x 2.5' so the image used must be large.
