Ghost writing - Adult Romance storyline - work directly from detailed outline

I have a detailed outline that I want a ghost writer to write from. The writer will need to follow the plot points that I have written down. Everything is bulleted out. You don't need to elaborate on every detail if my outline is not clear enough in certain points, but I need someone to flesh this out for me. I am looking to have some content that I can build on. This will not be the finished product to be published. The writer does not need to be perfect, but it must be good enough for me to work with. New ghostwriters are welcome. I am only considering working with someone who speaks English as one of their primary languages or their native language. Please post your rate per word as well as any links or attachments to samples of any previous work you have. It doesn't matter to me where this work appears (personal blog, article, fanfiction story, whatever). If it is not currently hosted online, please attach a PDF that has your name/user name on it. I would like to see how you write dialogue and set up scenes. Don't worry about typos - I am going to be editing whatever you send me for this project anyway. I will consider the lowest rate per word paired with a decent or better writing ability.
