Flash SWF Document Viewer

I would like someone to create a document reader written in Actionscript 3 (Flash 9) with functionality exactly like the one found here [login to view URL] . Base your development on this example. The documents are Flash files created with SWFTools ([login to view URL]) pdf2swf. Essentially pdf2swf converts PDF documents into Flash and places each page in a frame on the timeline. The Viewer should first read in an XML file which will contain metadata about the file including it's URL. The Viewer should extract the URL from the metadata and use it to stream the pdf2swf created file into the Viewer application. The frames are then split into pages for viewing. The viewer must use the skin ability of Flash in order for it's look and feel to customised.
