Flash Developer Required for Animated Website Navigation

I'm a freelance web developer looking for a Flash Developer who will be responsible for the development of an interactive navigation system for use as the centre piece in an upcoming website project. My client wishes to have this wheel as a navigation element of the website: [login to view URL] When a segment of the wheel is clicked, it shall rotate round so that the clicked segment is on the right hand side of the wheel, and the wheel shall slide off to the left so that only half of it is showing, then the content related to the clicked section shall appear in a box on the right. The content shall include text, images, some videos, and checkboxes which the user shall tick to confirm they have completed that section. Nice animation, and mouse over effects of the wheel are required. Ideally the content will be pulled in from an HTML page that my CMS can produce.
