flash animation for signage presentation with moving objects and background music

We are looking for somebody to design a flash animation about 90 seconds long which has a painted background and moving cars and trucks etc. in the foreground. It doesn't have any complex movement like people walking or anything like that. When you bid for the project we will send you a link to an example Flash animation. The example animation that you will see was designed to show how signage could be used in lots of situations such as the side of buildings, buses, vans, point of sale displays, pavement signs, wall fixtures, road & safety signs etc. The animation is like a cartoon video clip showing these signs in lots of different situations.
