Escort and Dancers listing site

I need some to design for me a an escort and dancers directory website that will have 2 parts. It will be static for one but ecommerce and the other side will be for the models to perform live on cam (something similar to [login to view URL] would be great, please make reference to the similar features you will offer me). I want the models to be able to login and perform and have as many watchers as possible. The models will be working from home so they have to be able to login from anywhere, set up a schedule and show when they are online. I want the models to be able to talk to the clients and the clients to talk to the models as well. I want there to be a paid section and a preview for trial members that can't send emails and contact information. I want the site to be SEO or SEO ready. It would also help if you know some marketing ideas and strategies to share as well. You will need to design 5 banners and 2 flash ones, I'll need 2-3 logos and a clean professional design. I also want a free preview page as well.
