511524 Facebook Fan Page

I need my companies Facebook Fan page completed and saw a Flash CMS template on TemplateMonster (#33085 by Matrix) that I like for this. Please look at it. I would fill half of the picture frames with photos relating to my business. The other half would have new fans displayed in designated frames, scattered around the display globe. I don't know how the uploading process could be made painless for them and I would want control over who uploaded their photo to it. If the photo is clicked on I'd like it to go to their corporate site or LinkedIn profile, something like that. My question for you is ...is it possible and about how much would it cost?
