97468 Need Web Designer for Projects

Hello, I am in need of a web designer and web content writer that can modify web and flash templates such as those found at templatemonster.com. I would provide you with the templates and the necessary revisions and you would be in charge of implementing the changes as well as uploading it to the server. Many times I will also provide you with the content of the pages however sometimes I shall need simple copy for the pages which you would provide. Other times, you need to take the content from the client's existing website and integrate into the new one. Many times the Template Monster templates contain flash headers or are animated completely in flash, hence you shall need to have experience in flash. I need you to give your hourly rates for what I've specified. I am looking to establish a long-term relationship with you. Thank you.
