database email authentication flash lite / flash

i have a website [login to view URL] that is in flash. when you sign up to download the app the system asks you to create an account name/email/some data about you. the system then sends me an alert to let me know that a new user has been created. the user is taken to the download page. this is on the website. in my email notification i see that people are entering garbage data: Anina Dress Up Mobile Registration Email: ?1234 Anina Dress Up Mobile Registration Email: سان? Anina Dress Up Mobile Registration Email: فدجاط فدجط.جا they are not emails. so i need to fix it that it requires you to enter an email. if you do it from the website it should send you an email to check that you are a real user and they you have to authenticate your account. i need real users, not fake users. also, i need to make sure they are automatically added to the mailing list that i have sitting on mail chimp. ......... flash lite mobile app in the flash lite 1.0 mobile app, it also has a sign up and again, it should only be possible to enter a email address, but i think that it's also just accepting whatever text the user puts in there. i need it to check that it's an email address and also send them an authentication email but in the mobile app they can still upload the information even if their email is not true. it's ok for me. also, in the chinese version of the flash lite app, there is a character problem--the character displays as a ? and not the chinese character. ............. last thing: i need to know how many users are in my database, and that requires someone to export it. I want to download it into an xls file sheet so i can look at it and see how many users there are. I need to get all the real email addresses into the mailling list mailchimp account that i have. ..... i have the orginal website programmer who can answer questions and guide for any problems.
