Multi-game clan website modification

I am working on a website for a clan and have already designed the webpage, and have a coder. I need someone skilled in flash to modify parts of my work, and possibly provide an animated logo for them. Overall it should not be a very big project but the detailing will add much to the site I believe. I have provided the work I have done so far on the project to give you an idea of how it is themed.
