Simple Flash Banner in good design

Hi, I need new banners for our online shop that sell running shoes. For now I only need the banner in one format - 728x90, but if I like you work I order the same banner in 9 other formats (at a good price). The banner will be used on affiliatesites and in google dispaly network. Idea Attached is our normal .png banner. The idea of the original banner, is to show a shoe shelf with running shoes, just as you see it if you visit a real sports store. We try to give the customer the felling that he is standing in the store. This original idea we want to build on. The Flash banner need to have the same background (or a even better looking shoe shelf). But in the flash banner I want a mouse over effect, so that when a visitor have the mouse over a shoe, it pops a little out (double size)and the price of that shoe becomes visible. If the customer then click the shoe, then he gets directly to the product. The text (Spar op til 40% på løbesko. Køb dine løbesko online!) have to go away when the mouse over effect take over. I need a banner designer, who make nice things. It is important that it looks professional and simple. You need to have a portfolio of other nice simple Flash banners that you have made before.
