Website Overhaul or Rebuild

I need my website [login to view URL] overhauled or rebuilt. I need to change the form function and the look of the site. I would like a banner at the top, maybe with flash, and I need a logo designed. I designed the site myself in Dreamweaver, so it'll probably be easier for someone to redesign it because I just gave myslef a quick crash course in webdesign, so I'm sure the coding is a mess. I need the form section and contact us section to work better and I would like it to be tied into my google adwords and yahoo advertising so I can track conversions. Lastly I would like some basic SEO and I need a logo designed. Speed is important and I'd like it built FAST. Thank you for your bid.
