I did AS/RS (Automatic storage and retrieval system) similar to manufactured by KARDEX Company, since you project is for only check stress on structure specially seismic analysis; it will be more simple. the analysis could be done either by SAP, Ansys. i do not know if you already selected sections of structure and need to check it. or need to decide suitable sections for you application. in all cases many details need to be discussed with you.
